Police in Bearchapel have released what is thought to be a letter written by the so called “Ripper”. Now known as the “Dear Boss” letter the piece seems to taunt the police for their lack of progress in the case.
It was received by Detective Underhill this morning, in a statement he has said “we are releasing this information so that we can have as many eyes possible looking out for this maniac… We need the help of the whole Bearchapel BTB community to help us with this one..”
The letter includes clues to a promised reward for anyone that solves the Rippers riddle.
